Due to the nature of our products , we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds. Body Maxx only accepts exchanges on the same product of different size. Buyer's will have 14 Days from order date to initiate the exchange. If your desired size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product they wish to exchange, and a $14.00 exchange restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. Products eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and in the exact same condition they were upon delivery. Plastic packing must be returned. No exceptions. Refused packages by customers will not be accepted as an exchange or form of cancellation.

FINAL SALE - any order with a discount of 30% or more are final sale purchases. These items cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.

  • If you have purchased an item that is on backorder merchandise that is on backorder will arrive separately. Review your order confirmation and the product description to confirm that item you are missing is not on backorder.
  • Missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. If the item that you are missing is not on back order please contact us at info@mybodymaxx.com  include your name, order number, and the item that is missing as well as a photo of the shipping label or exterior of the package. We will require a photo of the actual shipping label in order to assist you with missing items.

Orders are typically processed within one business day.  Orders shipping within the United States:

Orders shipping outside of the United States

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange products for a different size. We only accept exchanges on new, unused, and unworn items. Only one exchange per customer. All items must be in the exact same condition as they were upon delivery, including all packaging.  If the item is in any form different from its original condition, we will not be able to exchange your trainer with a different size. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the products they wish to exchange back to Body Maxx, customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement product, and an exchange restocking fee of $14 will apply.  If the size you are requesting is not available your exchange will be placed on pre-order, click here to see pre-order details. If we do not carry the item in a size that would fit you, you will receive store credit. We do not issue refunds. Due to COVID-19, we will process exchanges 7-10 business days after the date of return delivery. This will allow us to properly handle and disinfect all packages.

If you received email or text message stating that your order was delivered, and you have not received your order please take the following steps:

  • If you are in the United States, your order shipped via United States Post Office, please check your mailbox, or contact your local post office.
  • Please log into your Body Maxx account for shipping updates, you may also check your email inbox for an order confirmation and confirm that you entered the correct shipping address. If you notice that you entered the incorrect shipping, and the package has been delivered we sorry but we would not be able to assist you with rerouting or retrieving the package. You may contact your local post office for assistance.

If your order was damaged during shipping please contact us within 3 Business Days of Delivery. Email: info@mybodymaxx.com include your name, order number and photos.

  • If you are having issue placing and order or your form of payment is being denied please contact your Bank, or Credit Card Company
  • If you have received a error message from our website other than declined payment please contact us at info@mybodymaxx.com
  • If you forgot to enter your apartment number and your order has not been processed or shipped from our facility will gladly make changes to your shipping address. Please email us at info@mybodymaxx.com with the correct apartment number. Include your order number, complete name, and the complete correct shipping address. Please note that we may not always be able to make changes to a shipping address.
  • If you forgot to enter your apartment number and your order has been processed, and shipped we are very sorry, but we can no longer make changes to your shipping address. You may track your package and contact the shipping company directly and attempt to reroute your package. Most packages ship via the United States Postal Service, there is a fee to reroute your package. Body Maxx does not reroute package or and does not pay for the cost to reroute package.

We take pride in processing orders, and shipping orders  out the same day that our customers place their order.  Due to our rapid shipping process we are not able to cancel or make any changes to an order.  We kindly ask that you please carefully review your order, and take your time prior to placing your order. 

If your order has not been processed (verified, pulled and packed) and has not shipped from our facility we will do our best to accommodate your request. Pease note that we do not guarantee cancellations, or modifications of any order once the customer has placed the order. If the adjustment or cancelation of the order results in a refund, or credit the credit or refund will be issued in the form of store credit (e-card). Please email us at info@mybodymaxx.com include your order number, and complete name used to place your order. 

  • Please allow at least one business day for tracking status to update. If you placed an order on a holiday, or weekend tracking status may not update until the following business day.
  • If you have purchased an item that is on backorder tracking status will update once the item is back in stock and in route to you.
  • Please check your email inbox, your order may require order verification prior to shipping. If your order requires verification, please contact us at info@mybodymaxx.com. Once you have verified your order, tracking status will update.
  • If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and the item that you order is in stock and not on backorder, and does not require additional verification please contact us at info@mybodymaxx.com

In the rare occasion your products arrived damaged or become damaged we do offer a 14 Day Product Damage Guarantee. Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@mybodymaxx.com include your name, order number and photos of the damage product. Product Damage Guarantee expires after 14 days of delivery, and on products that have been washed, heat dried or not cleared for properly.

Trainers, Vest, and Slimmer’s should be gently wiped down or gently hand washed & air dried. Avoid harsh machine washing and heat drying

  • If you are using a promo code that requires a minimum purchase, please confirm that your order total at the time of checkout meets the minimum order requirements
  • Promo codes are only valid for one use per customer. If you have used a promo code on a previous order you will not be able to re-use the same promo code
  • Free Shipping or Free Express Shipping promo codes are only valid for orders shipping within the United States
  • Most promo codes expire within 15 days of being issued
  • You may only apply one promo code per order!

Due to an increasing rate of credit card fraud Body Maxx takes extra measures to ensure consumer safety. If you entered a different shipping or billing address other than what you have registered with your credit card or bank card you may be asked to verify your order and provide additional billing address verification before your order ships.

  • If entered the wrong shipping address and your order has not been processed or shipped from our facility will gladly make changes to your shipping address. Please email us at info@mybodymaxx.com with the correct shipping address. Include your order number, complete name, and the complete correct shipping address. Please note that we may not always be able to make changes to a shipping address.
  • If you entered the wrong shipping address and your order has been processed, and shipped we are very sorry but we can no longer make changes to your shipping address. You may track your package and contact the shipping company directly and attempt to reroute your package. Most packages ship via the United States Postal Service. USPS does charge a fee to reroute your package. Body Maxx does reroute packages or pay for the cost to reroute package.

When your order ships from our shipping facility you will receive either a text message, or email with your tracking number. Please check your email inbox or text messages for a tracking number.
