How do I know if my order has shipped?
The best way to know if your order has shipped and to keep track of your order is to provide your email address and or phone number during the checkout process. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your your order number. Once the order has been packaged you will receive email or a text confirmation. Once your order has left our facility you will continue to receive tracking updates via USPS.
What if my order has been lost?
If you believe your order has been lost, or misplaced Contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of placing your order, our support team will gladly assist you.
I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order?
To ensure that your products arrive to you promptly we process and ship your order usually the same day or within 24 hours. If you have entered the wrong shipping address please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can assist you in this matter.
International Orders Customs Tax and Import Fees?
When you place an order from outside of the United States please keep in mind that you are only paying for the cost of the product, and the shipping cost. Customs Tax and Import fees may apply, international customers are responsible of all Custom Tax and Import Fees that your country may charge. Please contact your country's customs department to obtain further information.
