Turkey Avocado Wrap

Eating healthy is good for you. With so many fast-food chains options it’s easy to swing into a drive-thru and get a meal, but what are the consequences? There are many!


We want to share with you this delicious affordable and healthy recipe. Did we mention that this is  incredibly delicious? Lunch should include what we like to call “midday pick-me-ups”. Foods that are full of nutrients that will get you juiced up for the rest of your workday. Let’s get into it!

 

You can use processed deli sliced turkey or leftover turkey for this recipe. This is a very simple recipe, but it’s full of incredible nutrients that your body will thank you for. Some prefer iceberg lettuce but spinach offers more nutrients. It’s packed with vitamins A and K, and it’s loaded with all sorts of minerals. You’ll even get a healthy dose of vitamin C too!


  • 1 Tortilla Wrap (spinach tortilla wraps work well)
  • 2 Ounces of Turkey Meat
  • 2 Slices of Cooked Bacon
  • Mayonnaise
  • 3 Slices of Tomato or Diced Tomato
  • ½ of a Small Avocado (sliced - peeled - pitted)
  • 1 Cup Spinach

All you have to do is assemble the wrap in layers. If you want to, you can cream the avocado and use it that way instead of having slices. You can make these up the night before and they will be perfect for lunch the next day. They’re easy to eat on-the-go too!
