Pastry Braid W/ Maple Pecan

INGREDIENTS
- For the Pastries
- 2 TBSP corn starch
- 2 TBSP nut milk
- 100g dark brown sugar
- 80g vegan butter
- 3 TBSP maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- 45g finely chopped pecans
- Pinch flaky sea salt
- 1 large 550g roll of puff pastry
For Topping
- 3 TBSP plant milk
- 2 tsp maple/agave syrup
- 30g pecans, roughly broken
From the pecans and nut milk to the maple syrup you’ll find incredible health benefits all the way around. You can enjoy this with an afternoon cup of tea or coffee and even for breakfast.
