3 Super Toning Workouts For Plus Size Women

Being a plus size or thicky thick girl is a beautiful thing. Believe it or not, us thick plus size women can also obtain amazing super toned muscles to boost our big bold beauty. We might have to work out a little differently to start off but we can do that thing just like anyone else! There are always adjustments and variations to exercises that make them possible for people in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and situations.

Today we want to share three different toning workouts for plus size women. There are so many great workouts that can be done to help tone our muscles while we lose weight. It doesn’t mean we are going to be ripped like a bodybuilder unless you are going for that look but having tone muscles helps us stay strong and to be able to do things with ease. If you’re new to working out don’t worry because we are going to share some of the super toning workouts that are great for both beginners, as well as, the highly experienced.

  1. PSP Fit Workout Routine: PSP Fit has several workout videos for plus size people and it is hard to pick just one video workout because they all seem to piece together towards the ultimate goal. This routine is fun and upbeat unlike the traditional workout these are like workout dance routines. Dancing is an incredible way to lose weight, tone muscles, and feel great. You can look through their uploaded videos and follow along. Even if you’re not the best dancer or exerciser these videos will work for you. Dancing is great for the legs and glutes but the way they mix those arm movements in their they’ll get some TLC as well.
  2. Coach Tulin’s Plus Size Chair Routine: This workout only has three different exercises in it but the great thing is that you can incorporate other training videos into your mix from Coach Tulin. This specific video I shared with you consists of three different exercises done from a chair because sometimes plus size women have to figure out a better way for themselves. The moves are the squat thrust, leg lifts, and seated sit-ups. This will target your thighs, calves, abdomen, back, and glutes.
  3. Ladybug Personal Workout Routine: This workout routine is a personal routine created by Loeybug for herself but she thought it would be a good idea to share it with other plus size ladies out there trying to reach their better-body goals. It’s basically a full-body workout that is going to help you tone all of the muscles in your body while you’re on your better body journey. The workout she shares with you is done using equipment in the gym so unless you have a membership or some of the similar machines you may want to start with another or just skip the exercises done on the machines.

These workouts we have shared with you are all created by and designed for plus size people but especially women. As you travel through your toning journey you will notice that initially, it’s going to feel like some tough work but before you know it you’re going to be slamming weights and kicking out some high-intensity cardio routines. Incorporating some plus size yoga into your daily routines is going to help you with balance and shifting weight. You can do all of these workout routines switching back and forth between them to find out which ones work best for you and your body. We made sure that the chosen three are all people involved with fitness that have even more routines up for you to choose from. 

You can look into some fat trim cream and supplements to use while you workout, as well as, women’s waist slimmers, arm slimmers, and waist trainers.
