- 2 Cups Blueberries Frozen
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
- 1 Banana
- ½ A Ripe Avocado
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- ¼ Tablespoon Cinnamon
When shopping for fruit, try to pick what is already ripe. You can freeze all of the fruit days ahead, which cuts back on the prep time. If, by chance, the smoothie isn’t as sweet as you prefer, simply add some honey, maple syrup, or agave. Avoid using sugar as it takes away from the healthiness!
