Simple Banana Strawberry Delight

 

If you have little ones, this smoothie is a delicious treat they will enjoy. It only requires a few ingredients and a super short amount of time. This recipe makes one serving.

  • 1 ½ Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana (Frozen or Fresh)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (Optional)
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

 

Once your banana’s peeled and sliced, simply toss all the ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy.

And it's ready to enjoy!!!
