- 1 ½ Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Banana (Frozen or Fresh)
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (Optional)
- ¾ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Once your banana’s peeled and sliced, simply toss all the ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy.
