Super Smoothie
There is so much going on with this smoothie. The ingredients are a powerhouse full of nutrition. Many people shy away from smoothies with veggies in them but trust me, they’re incredibly delicious! Remember, you can adjust the recipe, swapping out any of the ingredients for the ones you prefer.
- ½ Cup Blueberries
- ½ Cup Peaches
- ½ Cup Raspberries
- ¼ Pomegranate Seeds
- ¼ Cup Walnuts or Almonds
- 1 Ripe Banana
- A handful of Fresh Spinach
- 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
Add water or ice as needed to get the consistency you prefer. If the fruit is frozen, add a little water for blending, and if it is fresh, you’ll need water and ice.
