Watermelon Dream

This is an excellent summertime smoothie or any time of the year. It’s best to choose seedless watermelon to cut out some of the extra work. This recipe makes about four servings.


  • 3 Cups Frozen Watermelon Chunks
  • 1 Cups Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ½ Cup Vanilla Yogurt (a great non-dairy option is coconut yogurt)
  • 3 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup or Honey


  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Cube the watermelon (removing seeds if there are any)
  3. Lay the watermelon on the tray and toss in the freezer for about an hour (you can prepare the watermelon ahead of time)
  4. Measure 3 cups of melon cubes and throw all the ingredients into the blender
  5. Blend until smooth and enjoy
